These terms cover quotes, PIs, online orders and manufacturing orders from Shenzhen Yutuo E-commerce Co., Ltd. (YUTO TAPE).<\/p>\n
Quotes hold for 30 days from the date we issue them. Prices are in USD and exclude import duty and local taxes at destination.<\/p>\n
An order exists once you approve the PI in writing or sign it. Orders under US$2,000 \u2014 custom work included \u2014 are paid in full up front. Custom slitting and die-cutting of US$2,000 or more take a 30% deposit (minimum US$200) before production; the deposit comes off the final balance in full. Die tooling, where needed, is itemized separately on the PI.<\/p>\n
Stocked orders and custom orders under US$2,000 are paid in full before production or dispatch. Custom orders of US$2,000 or more are scheduled when the deposit lands; the balance is due after pre-shipment inspection and before dispatch.<\/p>\n
We accept corporate wire (T\/T) and US ACH; PingPong B2B is available as an optional channel.<\/p>\n
Our bank details only ever appear on a signed PI, and we never change them by email. If someone emails you new account numbers, call us before you send anything.<\/p>\n
Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 as specified on the PI; the default is DAP (Delivered at Place) at the delivery address stated on the PI. Under DAP, risk of loss transfers to the buyer when the goods are placed at the buyer’s disposal at that address, ready for unloading. The buyer is responsible for import clearance and for all duties, taxes and clearance charges at destination; if the buyer has not completed import clearance within 14 calendar days of the goods’ arrival, storage, demurrage and return freight are for the buyer’s account. Where FCA, FOB, CIF or EXW is agreed on the PI, risk transfers as defined by that term. Title to the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt of payment in full.<\/p>\n
Goods are made to the drawings and specs we agree. Slitting is \u00b10.3 mm; CAD die-cutting is \u00b10.1 mm. Material is genuine 3M\u2122 master roll stock with the manufacturer’s lot number. Thick or soft stock (foam, for example) holds to whatever tolerance we agree on the drawing or PI.<\/p>\n
3M\u2122 is a trademark of 3M Company. YUTO TAPE is an independent converter; 3M distribution authorization is held by our manufacturing partner, Shenzhen Lianjinbang Technology Co., Ltd.<\/p>\n
Custom orders can’t be cancelled once slitting, die-cutting or tooling has started; from then the deposit is non-refundable. Cancel before we start and we refund the deposit less bank charges.<\/p>\n
Quality claims go through our RMA process within 14 days of delivery. Our total liability is capped at the invoice price of the defective goods; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost production.
