Step 01
Send a drawing or a spec
DXF, DWG, STEP or PDF — or simply the slit width and the quantity you need. A photo of the part works too.
Step 02
Feasibility review in 1–2 days
We confirm tolerance and material compatibility before any number is quoted. Tooling and setup are quoted separately, never hidden in the unit price.
Step 03
Slit or die-cut, then shipped
Stock material dispatches within 48 hours. Die-cut parts ship after first-article approval. USD invoice, COA and batch traceability on request.

PTFE, polyimide (Kapton), copper and aluminium foil, glass cloth, double-coated — all available for slitting and die-cutting. Need a part number that is not listed? Describe the application and we will confirm availability.
